Cancelation Policy
Life happens! We strive to accommodate schedule changes for our clients. As a small business, we appreciate your cooperation in regard to the Cancellation Policy detailed below. Of course, we know emergencies can happen and will work with you to reschedule your booked services or issue a refund on a case-by-case basis.

​-Dog Walks-
May be canceled 4 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations 2-3 days in advance will be charged 50% of their quoted price. Unfortunately, there are no refunds for walks cancelled 12 hours before or the day of.

-Drop-In Visits-
May be canceled 4 days in advance for a full refund. 2-3 days notice of cancellation is required for a 50% refund. Visits cancelled 1 day before, of the day of, will be charged in full.

-Overnight Care- requires 7 days notice for a full refund. Cancellation notices given less than 7 days in advance will be refunded at 50% of the quoted price. You may opt to have your refund credited towards a future service if you prefer.

​-No Shows-
In the event the sitter arrives and the pet(s) booked for services are not at the residence due to not communicating a cancellation, the booked service will be charged in full.

Faithful Paws observes the holidays listed below. Bookings for these days will incur an additional "holiday fee" of 30% above the base rate.
